How to re-record other video files?
How to re-record other video files? Please note that Easy Screen Capture Video is not intended for re-recording other video files from the screen. We have had a countless number of questions in relation to this and we are making this information available to reduce questions in this area as we do not support this function. When trying to re-record a video many times people will only get a black screen. This is a video overlay. So, all you need to do is to disable the graphics hardware acceleration globally for all applications. This is very easy to do. You simply go to your Control Panel and click on Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot and you will see ‘Hardware Acceleration'. Set the slider to ‘None' and press OK. Please note: You may need to restart Windows to have this change apply. Also, note that you need to switch this back to ‘Full' after you are finished recording. Please do not sent us questions in regard to this.
