They said our video screen capture software was better than Adobe Captivate and this really blew us away because ours sells for $9.95

We sell a very low cost video screen capture software for $9.95 and have a higher priced version for $19.95. It is good software and it does exactly what it is supposed to.

Well, you can imagine our surprise when we got an email from one of our customers that said that our video screen capture software does stuff that Adobe Captivate doesn't.

This is the actual email:

"I am under some real time deadlines is I was going to use Adobe Captivate. Unfortunately, it did not work like I wanted it too. I cannot believe your product is this low priced and does what it does. Captivate is $700 and doesn’t do what your product does, and you support is by far the best I have had in quite some time. I will be recommending your product to everyone in my class as I am a graduate student at UNI. Again thank you for the quick response and helpful service. Please use this email for anyone that may be interested." - Leeman Patrick II

Anyway, we think the Adobe Captivate software is great and we have most of the Adobe products and have been using them for years, but you got admit that it is nice to get an email like that. Sure we know that we're not even anywhere close to being in the same league as Adobe. Their turnover is in the billions
